Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment: All services require a booking at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the appointment and can be paid via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods (e.g., PayPal, PayID). A travel fee will be added to your total based on your location. This fee covers transportation costs to and from your location and will be calculated and communicated during the booking process. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit, provided they notify me at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Late Arrivals: Please ensure you are ready for your session at the scheduled time. For appointments at the client’s location, a delay of more than 15 minutes may result in an adjusted session or additional fees. For other sessions, late arrivals may lead to a shortened appointment out of respect for other clients, with no price adjustment. 4. Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable only for cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice. However, the refund will exclude transaction fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., Stripe charges 1.75% + $0.30 per transaction). Alternatively, you may reschedule your session within 30 days without any penalty. Refunds are not available once the service has been rendered. 5. Expiration of Packages (If Applicable): Packages or multi-session bookings must be used within 3 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions beyond this period will expire. 6. Appointment Location: Services are provided at the client’s location. Please ensure the space is clean, well-lit, and ready for the session. Travel is offered within North Central Victoria. For locations beyond this range, additional travel fees may apply. 7.
